  Horrible service, they never answer their phones and are super rude about everything that is requested. They think the phone calls are jokes, Lupita is always the one who answers the phone they are never polite she is a smart ass about the call and doesn't take her job seriously. If we request pest control its because it important and we loved working with you guys but after the service we have received from Lupita and her team definitely not worth it.

  My apartment complex contracts with Dewey. After making a complaint Dewey came out on Monday while I wasn't home and put down a poison bait gel. They left me a door hanger saying they did this and to keep animals away from it. They did this even though there was a cat walking around the apartment, I was not home to restrain it, and they didn't note where they left the poison on the door hanger they left me. I called the company to find out where it was and they didn't call me back. The following day I called to submit a complaint and every aspect of my complaint was met with an argument from their main office receptionist. She eventually acknowledged that they should not have treated with the pet there.
