  Guy designing great, the store manager his way of treating the customer sucks. Went in there to make a simple hat, A-side getting charge $30+ dollars for 2 small designs and the hat, and waiting 3 hours, when tge unfinish product got messed up due to the machine I told the store manager I would buy it for the price of the hat because it's not finish and two the machine stained it all over. The arrogant manager tryed to get me for $10, I said no because this is going to go in the $4 vin. He refused and I said just make my hat the way I paid for it. After 3 hours I left. They called me the next day and said hat is ready. I went to pick up 3days after and the hat was not even finish, the arrogant store manager said I will only take off $10, I said really a total of 5 days for one hat and y'all couldn't finish this simple design. Gladed my $10 hat and walked off. They really all about the profit not about the quality or the customer. I don't think I will ever do business there again. Not that location.
